Miami has been showing impressive performance this postseason. In their seven playoff games, the team outscored their opponents by 13.2 points per 100 possessions. The Heat secured 119.7 points per 100 possessions in their last two encounters against Philadelphia.
Ranking in the top six of the NBA in 3-pointers per game, 3-point accuracy, free-throw accuracy and assist rate during the regular season, the Heat also fortifies their defense. This season, they allow only 44 percent shooting and 34.1 percent from 3-point distance in the playoffs. However, the team might be playing without Tyler Herro, Kyle Lowry, Max Strus, and P.J. Tucker due to injuries.
Losing MVP finalist C Joel Embiid to a facial fracture, the Sixers have been struggling despite securing an elite figure at 115.4 points per 100 possessions in the postseason. The team also secured the position in the NBA’s top four for its free-throw accuracy, free-throw creation, turnovers per game and live-ball turnovers per game.
Philadelphia has been showing apparent strengths on offense. In addition, they have been scoring above the league average in assists allowed and free throw attempts allowed in terms of defense.
