The workshop will investigate individual phrases of varying length made either on-the-spot or from company repertory. The phrases are delivered in a "little to no question" format. We also discover how it offers recuperation from the demands of dance study and performance.
These are mixed-level session appropriate for those with a minimum of a 1 year of yoga study.
