IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE June 5th
PERFORMANCES at the JULIA MORGAN THEATER

To: The Families and Students in the Julia Morgan Performance
We are looking forward to our Sunday, June 5th performances up the street at the Julia Morgan Theater. Please read our final details below to be ready for the day! When you are en route with your child or teen, or if you need to reach us while we are at the Julia Morgan, please call Managing Director, Rebecca Johnson, on her cell phone at (415) 722-2457.

LOCATION OF THE THEATER: The Julia Morgan Theater is located at 2640 College Avenue (at Derby), about 10 blocks north of our location (just above the Elmwood neighborhood).

ARRIVAL TIME FOR ALL STUDENTS:

2pm performance students please arrive at 12pm
5pm performance students please arrive at 3pm
7:30 performance students please arrive at 5:15pm

*if performance is in progress, students can enter side door down the alley on the left of the building.  A sign will direct you.

WHAT STUDENTS SHOULD BRING: Students should bring necessary shoes if needed, costumes, snacks, and water or juice. Hair should be neatly pulled back.

TICKETS: We have tickets for sale here at the front desk and can be purchase through our website http://www.shawl-anderson.org/YOUTHperformances.htm. Adults are $11/ticket and youth are $6/ticket. You may also purchase tickets at the theater the day of the performance with cash or check. Families that are attending two shows do not need to purchase tickets to both (or all 3) shows. You may purchase one set of tickets and enter both shows that you are attending. Children and teens performing in the show do not need to buy a ticket to watch that show if they are on in the first half and want to come out front to view the rest of that show.

PARKING: Parking around the theater can be a little tricky at times. All parking is street parking. Please allow 5-10 minutes to find a parking space in the area. The theater does not have a parking lot.
